Up and running
in five steps
Ensure all instances of Revit are fully closed before installation. The installer cannot register the extension while Revit is running, even in the background.
Click Download for Windows above. Save A2Z_Extension_Setup.exe to your Downloads folder.
Extract the ZIP, then right-click A2Z_Setup.exe and select Run as administrator. Accept the UAC prompt to continue.
The installer detects all installed Revit versions automatically. Select one or more versions, multiple selections are supported.
Open Revit and look for the A2Z tab in the ribbon. All tools are ready to use immediately.

Yes. The A2Z Revit Extension is free to download and evaluate with no time limit. Licensing terms for commercial and enterprise use will be published with the v1.1.0 release.
The extension supports Revit 2020 through 2024. We compile and test against each version on every release. Revit 2025 will become avalible soon.
Yes, your data is secure. We operate on a minimal data collection principle, we only store the information essential to deliver the service, such as your registration details and usage analytics. We do not store, access, or transmit any confidential project information, model data, or file content from your Revit projects. All data transmission uses industry-standard encryption, and our infrastructure is designed to protect your privacy while enabling core functionality like license verification and update notifications.
All A2Z operations are non-destructive and participate in Revit's standard undo/redo system. We recommend testing on a copy of your project the first time you use any batch operation.
Yes. During the evaluation period there are no per-seat restrictions. Simply download and install on each machine. Enterprise licensing terms will clarify multi-seat usage when introduced.
